Josh Potts

Josh has been with Trust for many years. He is instrumental in the success of service delivery to our customers both at a project implementation and in life management level. In June 2022 he took on the role of Operations Director as we continue to evolve our structure to support our growth and to ensure we have a robust operating model to cover ‘Design’, ‘Build’ and ‘Operate’.

Working closely with Chris Boyes (COO), who has the responsibility to deliver the ‘Design and Build’ aspects of Trust services to customers, Josh, as Operations Director, has responsibility for Project Delivery & In-life Management to ensure we ‘Operate’ efficiently and proactively, with and for our customers. This includes our ‘Service Delivery’, ‘Service Desk’, and other operational aspects of our businesses such as ‘Building Management’.

‘Time away from work is usually spent as a family, with an energetic little one teaching us the ropes of life! We’re all about enjoying good food and adventures to new places. I’m entirely useless at most regular sports but hand me a paddle board or set of skis and I’ll be in my element.’
